The TVS Scooty is powered by a 4 stroke, air cooled, single cylinder with a displacement of 87.8cc. The compact engine produces a top power output of 5 PS at 6,500 rpm and generates a peak torque of 5.8 Nm at 4,000 rpm. The scooterette has automatic transmission and five litres of fuel tank. In addition it has front 100mm dia of front brake and 110mm of dia rear brake.
TVS Scooty has a kerb weight of 95 kg that improves fuel efficiency. The wheels of the Scooty is sheet metal type. It is provided with a large wheelbase of 1230mm which ensure rigidity and stability to the machine.
